Postpartum Depression.
Compassionate, judgment-free care for new parents experiencing depression that goes beyond the usual postpartum adjustment.
What we mean by postpartum depression.
Postpartum depression is more common, and more serious, than is usually acknowledged. The expectation that this is supposed to be the happiest time in your life can make reaching out feel impossible.
Spravato® has been studied for postpartum depression and may be appropriate for adults who meet specific clinical criteria. Our team coordinates carefully with your OB, midwife, primary care provider, and any therapist you work with.
We treat the person, not just the diagnosis. That includes thinking carefully about feeding, childcare, and what care logistics realistically look like for a new parent.
If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, please call or text 988, or go to your nearest emergency room. You will not be judged, and you will not lose your child for asking for help.
2 possible pathways, matched to you.
Final recommendations are made after a complete clinical evaluation. We will explain why we are suggesting a particular pathway, in writing, before anything begins.
- Pathway 0101
Spravato®
FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression in adults.
Delivered in-office under REMS-certified supervision. We will coordinate timing with feeding and childcare, and we will be candid about what the current evidence says about Spravato® for postpartum patients.

You do not have to know what pathway is right. That is our job.
A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. We will tell you honestly whether advanced treatment is appropriate for your situation, and if it is not, we will help you think about what is.
Every treatment is delivered under medical supervision.
