    Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation

    60–90 minutes

    A thorough sit-down with a member of our clinical team to understand your full history. We review your symptoms, previous treatments, medications, and goals. If we need records from other providers, we will help you obtain them.

    • Held in person or via secure telehealth where appropriate
    • Includes medical, psychiatric, and treatment history
    • We will tell you honestly if Renue is not the right fit

    A Personalized Treatment Plan

    Reviewed together

    Based on your evaluation, we will walk you through which pathway, Spravato®, IV Ketamine, or KAP, may best fit you, why we are recommending it, and exactly what to expect. You will leave with a plan in writing and time to think it over.

    • Insurance review for Spravato® where applicable
    • Financing options discussed transparently
    • Care coordination with your existing providers if desired
  4. 04

    Treatment in a Private Suite

    Per protocol

    When you arrive for treatment, you are checked in by a clinician and brought to a private suite designed for comfort. A clinician remains involved before, during, and after each session, with full medical monitoring throughout. You will never be rushed.

    • Reclining chair, ambient lighting, calm acoustics
    • Continuous monitoring of vitals during ketamine sessions
    • A trusted person may accompany you for support
  5. 05

    Recovery, Integration & Follow-Up

    Ongoing

    After each session, we give you time to come back to yourself before you leave. Between sessions, we check in, track your progress, and adjust your plan as needed. For KAP patients, this is also when integration work begins in earnest.

    • Structured check-ins between sessions
    • Coordination with your therapist or prescriber
    • Long-term planning for maintenance or taper

Inside The Suite

The setting is part of the treatment.

Hospital fluorescents and clipboard energy are not what helps people heal. Our suites are quiet, private, dimly lit, and built around a comfortable reclining chair, with a clinician within reach the entire time. You can listen to music, close your eyes, and let the work happen.

Common Questions

Answers to the things most people ask.

How quickly will I feel something?

It varies by person and by pathway. Many patients describe meaningful shifts within the first one to three sessions, but the most durable change often comes a little later, with integration and follow-up.

Will I be alone during treatment?

No. A clinician is involved before, during, and after each treatment session. You may also bring a trusted person to wait with you, and we will arrange for a ride home.

Do I need a referral?

Not for IV Ketamine or KAP. Spravato® has specific clinical criteria, and our team can determine eligibility during your evaluation.

Will this replace my current therapist or prescriber?

Almost never. We work alongside your existing providers and, with your permission, coordinate care so everyone is on the same page.

What does this cost?

Spravato® is often covered by commercial insurance. IV Ketamine and KAP are typically out-of-pocket, with financing available. We will give you a clear, written estimate before you commit to anything.
