Pathway 03 · KAP

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

A guided therapeutic approach that pairs medically supervised ketamine sessions with intentional psychological support, structured to translate openness and insight into durable, lasting change.

How KAP Works

Three phases, held together by one therapeutic relationship.

The medication is one ingredient. The therapy is what turns it into change you can keep.

Phase 01

Preparation

One or more sessions with your KAP therapist to set intention, build the working relationship, and decide what you want this work to be about.

Phase 02

Ketamine session

A medically supervised ketamine session in a private suite. Your therapist holds the space; you do the inner work in your own way, at your own pace.

Phase 03

Integration

Structured sessions afterward to turn insight into daily practice. This is where the real change usually lives, and where we spend the most attention.

Who KAP Is For

KAP suits patients who want to do real psychological work.

If you have been in therapy for a long time and feel like you keep circling the same edges, or if the work has been productive but slow, KAP can help create new openings, particularly around trauma, depression, and complex anxiety.

  • Adults already engaged in or willing to commit to therapeutic work
  • Trauma, depression, or complex anxiety as a primary focus
  • Comfort with introspective, experiential modalities
  • Capacity for the integration work that follows each session
What To Expect

One trained clinician, present the entire time.

KAP sessions are conducted in a calm, private setting with your therapist present from start to finish. The same clinician holds your preparation, your ketamine session, and your integration, so nothing about your inner experience needs to be re-explained to someone new.

  1. 01

    Arrival

We check in, take vitals, and you settle into the suite with your therapist.

  2. 02

    Ketamine administration

Delivered under medical supervision in a quiet, dimly lit room. Eye masks and music are available.

  3. 03

    The session itself

Your therapist holds space. You can sit with what comes up internally, or speak as you feel moved to.

  4. 04

    Integration

We return in the days following to make meaning of what came up, and translate it into how you want to live.
