Access to Care

Cost should not be the reason you wait.

We believe getting better should not require deciphering a spreadsheet. Below is exactly how patients pay for treatment at Renue, the options available to you, and the questions we will help you answer during your consultation.

Three Ways To Pay

Most patients use some combination of the three.

01

Insurance (Spravato®)

Spravato® is the only FDA-approved option we offer, and it is often covered by commercial insurance plans. Our team handles the benefits investigation, prior authorization, and REMS paperwork on your behalf so you can focus on care, not claims.

  • Benefits check
  • Prior authorization
  • REMS coordination
02

Financing plans

For IV Ketamine and KAP, which are typically out-of-pocket, we partner with third-party medical financing providers that offer monthly payment plans, often with low or 0% promotional rates for qualifying patients.

  • Soft credit check
  • Monthly plans
  • Pre-approval available
03

HSA, FSA & superbills

Many patients use Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts to cover advanced treatment. On request, we can also provide itemized superbills you may submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • HSA / FSA eligible
  • Itemized superbills
  • Tax-advantaged
Honest, Up Front

You will get a written estimate, before you commit to anything.

After your consultation, we will hand you a written breakdown of the treatment plan we are recommending and what it would cost given your insurance, financing eligibility, and any HSA / FSA you intend to use. No surprise invoices, no fine print.

If we cannot make the numbers work for your situation, we will tell you that too, and we will do our best to point you toward an option that can.

Financing FAQ

What patients usually want to know.

Is Spravato® covered by my insurance?

Often, yes, especially through commercial PPO and HMO plans. Our team performs a complimentary benefits investigation so you know exactly what to expect before treatment begins.

Why are IV Ketamine and KAP usually out-of-pocket?

While Spravato® is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression, IV Ketamine and KAP are considered off-label uses of ketamine. As a result, insurance typically does not cover them, though some patients secure partial reimbursement via out-of-network claims.

What kind of financing plans are available?

We work with established medical financing partners offering monthly plans with terms designed for healthcare. Many patients qualify for promotional rates, and approval typically requires only a soft credit check.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Treatments delivered at Renue are generally eligible for HSA and FSA spending. We can provide the documentation your administrator may require.

Are consultations free?

Yes. Initial consultations are complimentary, and there is no obligation to proceed with treatment afterward.
