Conditions We Treat

PTSD.

Trauma can leave the nervous system on high alert long after the event has passed. We can help create a window where real work becomes possible.

Overview

What we mean by ptsd.

Post-traumatic stress is not a sign of weakness or failure. It is what happens when the nervous system stays in survival mode after the event has ended. Standard treatments help many people, but for some, the protective wall around trauma is too tall to move through directly.

Ketamine-based treatments often create a window of openness in which therapeutic work can finally move forward. For PTSD specifically, we tend to recommend KAP, because the medication and the therapy work together, by design.

We coordinate carefully with your existing therapist when there is one, and we move at a pace that respects the size of what we are working with.

If you are in immediate crisis or unsafe, please call or text 988, or go to your nearest emergency room. We can plan the rest from a safer baseline.

How We Treat It

2 possible pathways, matched to you.

Final recommendations are made after a complete clinical evaluation. We will explain why we are suggesting a particular pathway, in writing, before anything begins.

  1. Pathway 0101

    KAP

    Our most-recommended pathway for PTSD.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy pairs medically supervised ketamine sessions with structured preparation and integration, so the work of metabolizing trauma is held inside a real therapeutic relationship rather than left to chance.

  2. Pathway 0202

    IV Ketamine

For symptom relief, often alongside existing therapy.

When the primary goal is reducing the intensity of intrusive symptoms and hyperarousal, a series of IV Ketamine sessions can help, especially in coordination with your existing trauma therapist.

A Quiet Reminder

You do not have to know what pathway is right. That is our job.

A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. We will tell you honestly whether advanced treatment is appropriate for your situation, and if it is not, we will help you think about what is.

Every treatment is delivered under medical supervision.
